Because he thinks inflection is SOOOO interesting!
Because he will Don Draper your ass and you WILL LIKE IT.
Because there is a version of himself that is a really, really silly looking vampire.
Because his dad is Glee's Principal Figgins.
Because he will sit quietly for two days just because a friend asked him to.



Also because even though Jim is cute like a puppy and just had a baby, he will back your decision to settle for your shitty job and abandon your art school dreams, and he will BUY YOU A HOUSE without your input. Also, he is just not Batman.

Additionally, VOTE BUFFY SUMMERS.
Because she died twice, and she's still fighting (and still pretty).
Because she is the Chosen One.
Because there are only two things she doesn’t believe in – coincidences and leprechauns.
Because she is a hot chick with superpowers.
Because she wears stylish-yet-affordable boots.
Because she shared her power with hundreds of girls all over the world.
Because she saved the world a lot.

Lastly, I must express that I totally voted for Samantha Carter over Dean Winchester even though I honestly don't know who she is. This is not because I dislike Dean - in fact, I like him a lot and he is certainly the Winchester I prefer. But he won last year, and SPN fans are SCARY CRAZY so he'll have plenty of rabid support... and it's time for a different contender, ok? Plus, from what I hear, this Sam chick is cool. I bet I'll like her sometime, if I get around to watching her show. So yeah.

Now I am off to do actual work which will result in actual money (data entry yay!) so I will stop playing fandom games now. :) But I will eat a coconut-based ice cream sandwich while I do it, OH YES INDEEDY.

So, FOX being FOX, The O.C. has been cancelled, in this, its best season in 2 years. Had this particular announcement taken place last year or the year before, I would have been cool with it. I would've been with them, even - this show was *awful* for a while. But now that it's COMPLETELY AWESOME AND ADORABLE and I love everyone again and TAYLOR IS HYSTERICALLY FUNNY, NOW, they're cancelling it.

Whatever, FOX - I'm used to your abuse by now. You've hurt me many times before - see "Firefly" and "Wonderfalls", and "ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT"....yeah, I've been burned. But Sandy Cohen has a righteous anger-face. You best be watchin' out.

I finished my [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] project, 100 icons of BtVS S3. The last installment is here. Whee! Now I can a)take a break from icons, as my tendonitis is back for the first time in months, and b) do icons of Wonderfalls, and Angel S3 and S4, which I have been wanting to do for a while now!

And lastly, [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]'s very long quasi-review, season by season, of BtVS and AtS. I don't agree with all of it, as we like and dislike somewhat different things about the shows (mostly character-wise)...but I enjoyed reading it and it made me want to rewatch everything because I miss it! :)


And with that, I am off to read books, talk to my birdies, and figure out what we want to do tomorrow (it's our wedding anniversary tomorrow, yay!)
