Amazon-y goodness

My Amazon order came today! I got two awesome-looking cookbooks (Cooking by Moonlight and Cooking by the Seasons, both by Karri Ann Alrich), and the new Tori Amos album ("The Beekeeper"). I got the special edition album, and it comes with a cute little packet of seeds and a bonus DVD and the CD booklet is so pretty and SQUEE! :) I am going to listen to it later on, and I will report back eventually.

I am flipping through these cookbooks now and oh-my-goodness this will be fun. They are full of beautiful food. And now I am so hungry I might die, so I am off to make miso soup and cucumber-avacado rolls (not from the cookbooks, though. :))

You have to let us know how the new Tori is. I almost ordered it when I did my "Shitty day" order on Monday, but opted for some comics book trade paper backs instead.

i've been interested in doing more seasonal cooking, but wasn't able to find a cookbook i was happy with--you'll have to tell me how that goes.
