Hello, internet.

I don't know why a single glass of wine makes me want to REACH OUT AND TOUCH SOMEONE online, but it totally does. WHAT'S UP, friendslist?

Today I found a bunch of old photos from my early photos-on-the-internet days. I weighed nothing, and looked about 12. I had a grainy digital camera, did not know how to use photo editing software, thought black-and-white was the best thing ever, and enjoyed being half-naked in my pictures. Good times! But wasn't my hair fun when it was short?


Maybe I could rock that hair better nowadays. What do you think?

I love a good skater haircut, but there was something about you recent photo-post wherein you were walking along in a blue tunic with your long hair blowing like crazy that I just love. I'm not sure I could advocate for whacking it off at this point!

Yeah, I do like my hair long. I can do stuff to it, and it blows around like crazy sometimes. Plus, now and then - it'll even hold a little curl for a few minutes. ;) I want it long for now, and it's going to stay long for now. I just always, always feel this random temptation to go get it chopped off. And then I obsess over whether it should be long or short LONG OR SHORT LONG OR SHORT OMG. But I won't give in...yet. :)

i like it short like this. very cute. but you've got it looking really long and pretty now. I always wish mine would be long and pretty, but it ends up looking flat and gross if it gets past my shoulders, which is when i chop it off again. so I am jealous of your long flowing locks :)

Sometimes mine looks flat and gross long, too. It really seems to depend on the day. When it looks good, I think the secret is a combination of good conditioner, the level of humidity in the air (hi Florida girl, that might be your problem ;)) and also getting it cut with some light layering.
