When asked why she shaved her head, Hughes says Britney replied, "I don't want anyone touching me. I'm tired of everybody touching me."

That statement sets off alarms for me, and the fact that she shaved her head herself seems telling, too. Regardless of why she's a wreck, I feel so bad for her. Can I adopt her and fix her up?

So, Ryan is at Boskone this weekend, and I am here. Kelly and William are too, and they are good company (we watched "Love Song for Bobby Long" last night, which I really liked!) but I've been spending a lot of time alone, and it's nice too. I was a little lonely last night when I went to bed, but I've been doing pretty well otherwise. I've been relaxing and being solitary. Today I took a bath, did yoga, went for a walk (to release a mouse!), read, wrote, meditated, watched TV...you know, good weekend stuff. I let an entire disc of Arrested Development play through while I was working on the computer, for company and entertainment.

And now, guess what is on TV? "The Parent Trap", the latest version with 11 year old Lindsey Lohan and 11-year old Lindsey Lohan acting with a British accent. :)

Ryan comes home tomorrow. I am looking forward to it. Meanwhile, I will go update my userpics, eat popcorn, and channel surf. :)

PS - I'm totally using my "lonely" mood icon because it's sort of true and it very rarely is! heh. :)
