May. 21st, 2006 08:29 pmSo, I am all graduated now! It feels good and sad and happy and I'm proud of myself. It was a big thing getting through grad school...but I survived. :)
My family was here and it has been a very busy couple of days. I'm kind of emotionally drained right now, with all the crazy: got an interview, got a job, had a bunch of people staying at my house, graduated, found out my old therapist, who was very, very cool and married to one of my favorite professors, died suddenly recently...I'm kind of all over the place. I feel like I need an emotional purge of some kind. Either a good cry or a nice bath and some White Light anointing or...you know, something.
This week, I have to battle the Office of Teacher Ed (and I mean "battle" in the most sweet and polite way possible) for a signed letter stating that I have completed my program, because my employment at the NH school depends upon the superintendent recieving said letter before June 5th. I also have to arrange a day or two to go up there and observe, and get my certification applications all ready to go for when the Fabled Letter is produced. Stress.
I'm thinking maybe the bath sounds good. And some Mario Kart, and possible episodes of Angel.
