Translating when Jen's keyboard breaks (something that happens with some frequency) and she needs to let the rest of the VP ladies/others know that she is unable to type...by typing. I seem to speak fairly fluent b0rked keyboard.
I believe this skill also serves me when translating children's writing. I do not wonder what it means when a child writes themselves a note that says "REBER YOUR BOOKS" - I *know*. ;)
Additionally, there is that thing I can do with my tongue, but I won't bore you with the details.
