I start, ganked from someone else's Top 5 post:

Top five ice cream flavors (in no particular order):
1. Chocolate chip cookie dough, but mostly the cookie dough part.
2. Coffee
3. Blueberry, but possibly only from Brickley's in RI
4. Chocolate/strawberry gelato, but together. :)
5. Also, melon gelato. OMG.

Honorable mentions go to Rocky Road, Pineapple Coconut, and Dulce de Leche.
