Mar. 31st, 2005 10:51 amWe are listening to the Angel soundtrack (which is only available, sadly, from Amazon.co.uk), and I just have to say how much I love love love the Angel theme. I want to learn to play cello just so I can play this (and, okay, some other things too. ;)) And also, the song Lindsay sings at Caritas...not the song, actually, but Lindsay being pretty and singing and playing the guitar and everyone being all charmed.
And now Lorne is singing "It's Not Easy Being Green"!! I haven't seen this (I've only seen seasons one and two and apparently it's in 4), but oh squee! Plus, I just looked it up to see what episode it's from, and there's this:
LORNE: (singing) It's not that easy being green. Having to spend each day the color of the leaves. When think it could be nice enough...
GUNN: No one seems to be bothered by the fact that he's a demon.
FRED: They must think it's all make-up, like the Blue Man Group. (pauses, to Angel) You don't think the Blue Man Group...
ANGEL: Only two of them.
Tee hee.
Okay, um, yes. Anyway.
So I messed around with my LJ layout last night, as you may have noticed. The header and quote and stuff are largely placeholders and it is a very girly purple, but I got the idea and learned some things and eventually I'll tweak it some more. And it was fun. :)
